What you provide
When you use the digitizing request form, you may provide your name, email, business name, artwork, garment and fabric details, machine information, and project notes. Do not submit payment card information or unrelated sensitive personal information in the form.
How we use it
We use the information to evaluate the request, ask follow-up questions, prepare an internal feasibility review or draft, quote the work, and deliver approved services. Internal automated processing may assist with those tasks; a person reviews production decisions and final delivery.
Services involved
The request form is hosted by Tally. Submissions are recorded in Google Sheets, and a secure job queue records the request identifier and status. Approved processing on a local workstation can retrieve the artwork and use OpenAI services to prepare an internal feasibility review or draft. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Artwork and access
Submit only artwork you have permission to use. We limit access to order information and original files to people and services needed to handle the request. We do not use client artwork or logos in public marketing without permission.
