Original vector artwork is ideal. A high-resolution image is useful too. A photo of another stitched piece can guide us, but is not a reliable source by itself.

- Placement and any actual pocket, seam, or backing panel
- Finished width or height, or a request for a recommendation
- Machine brand, model, and required file format
- Thread colors and details that must stay recognizable

These are two views of an original Novarum test design. The stitch image is decoded from an internal machine-file draft, so you can see how the flat shapes translate into needle movement.

A file for a specific use.
We plan stitch direction, coverage, underlay, order, and trims for the stated size and fabric. Tiny lettering and thin gaps may need adjustment; we will flag meaningful changes before finalizing the design.
A handoff operators can use.
After approval, delivery includes the agreed machine format, a preview, finished dimensions, color sequence, and notes for the intended application. A digital review checks the file. The shop’s physical sew-out remains the final production test.
